SKALD plans and manages project logistics from origin to operating site, advising on the right transportation mode and then combining road, sea and air freight to meet budget and timeline.

The service includes customs clearing and documentation through an established agent network, supply-chain and project management, and delivery scheduling built around operational deadlines rather than carrier convenience. For oversize, specialised and regulated cargo, we manage the compliance load as part of the job.

This is also the delivery arm of our procurement work: when SKALD sources a craft, a vehicle or a medical facility, the same accountability that chose it moves it, clears it and lands it where the mission needs it
